EPL stars on Twitter

With the Social Network websites constantly growing in popularity, no wonder so many EPL stars have decided to create their own Twitter account. The Premier League is considered by many specialists the most powerful soccer league, so it surely captures a lot of attention from every corner of the world. The players usually use their account in order to keep their fans up to date with the team`s results, or for commercial purposes.

However, the social networking idea caused some controversy between some of the English clubs. Town rives, Manchester United and Manchester City, have announced that they do not allow their players to own such a webpage.

But despite those interdictions, some Manchester City players have decided to create an official social networking page. Some of the accounts may real, while others are created by the fans.

There is also an EPL Talk account created on Twitter, in which the fans can discuss all the hot news.
